As F&B Director, James opened and operated this property in close collaboration with owner Sean MacPherson, developing an elevated yet approachable 140-seat Italian restaurant that remains a local favorite.
A highlight of the property is the now-iconic Lobby Bar, the first downtown hotel to capture the essence of a classic, vintage hotel bar. This vibrant space quickly became a celebrity favorite, attracting high-profile guests who appreciate its charm and hedonistic civility.
