A SNAPSHOT OF EXPERIENCE
MIAMI BEACH, FL.
We led the transformation of a dilapidated hostel alongside South Beach’s historic Española Way, into a 145-room, 4-star lifestyle hotel with multiple F&B outlets.
MIAMI, FL.
We collaborated with and guided a hospitality group in their Hotel F&B project, creating an efficient, approachable rooftop bar and poolside lounge, at citizenM worldcenter.
NEWCASTLE, UK.
We transformed a beloved live music venue into an inspired, artful, contemporary entertainment destination.
BUSHWICK , NY.
We worked with Chef Adam Leonti to launch a pop-up bakery that featured breads made from freshly milled flour from an onsite 10,000lb stone mill.
NEW YORK, NY.
We opened and operated this property as F&B Director working closely with owner Sean MacPherson to develop an elevated, yet approachable 140-seat Italian restaurant and its now iconic hotel Lobby Bar.
