The visionary behind Bishop Design, Paul has crafted interiors for more than 500 hospitality projects spanning the globe. With over 180 prestigious awards, his most recent accolades were for his work on the iconic SLS Dubai hotel, including Carna by Dario Cecchini, Smoke & Mirrors, and Fi'lia.
James and Paul met quite randomly at a polo event in Miami Beach. To this day they don’t know if it was the thrill of watching horses on the sand or the swift flow of Negronis that ignited hours of spirited conversation about their mutual love of creating iconic hospitality.
Having witnessed firsthand the challenges of poor operational and conceptual planning and execution, the idea behind Custard was Paul’s.
