We worked with acclaimed Chef Adam Leonti (Vetri, Cucina Alba) to launch a pop-up bakery that highlighted artisanal breads made from freshly milled flour, ground using an impressive 10,000-pound stone mill located on-site.
This innovative approach not only elevated the quality of our offerings but also provided guests with a unique, immersive experience in the art of bread-making.
